Our clients wanted to update their home to create a more modern and functional space, with a focus on an open shared living area that would suit their family’s lifestyle.

Key Features Of The Renovation
Modern Kitchen With Functional Storage
The kitchen was fully renovated and complemented with the addition of a walk-in pantry, transforming previously unused “dead” space into practical and organised storage solutions.Upgraded Bathrooms For Family Living
Both the family bathroom and ensuite were updated with new floor and wall tiles, sleek vanities, and modern showers. Recessed mirrored cabinets were added to maximise storage and meet the needs of a growing family.Laundry Updates For Cohesion
New cabinetry and tiles were installed in the laundry to align with the fresh, modern design of the rest of the home, ensuring a cohesive look and feel throughout.Open Shared Living Space
Two sections of wall were removed to create an open and airy living area. The original stonework around the fireplace was carefully preserved, retaining the home’s character. A large window was installed, enhancing natural light and showcasing beautiful views, making the space more inviting and connected to its surroundings.
The Result
The completed renovation delivered a home that’s stylish, functional, and tailored to the family’s needs. The modern kitchen, pantry, and bathrooms significantly improved usability, while the preserved stonework around the fireplace was preserved and is now a treasured feature of the living area.
For Brian and Jaryd, the most rewarding part of the project was collaborating with the clients to turn their ideas into reality. The result is a home that combines modern updates with its original charm, perfectly suited for family living.
